I came in 2nd in the Weight Loss Challenge Contest on 18 Jan 2012!

It was an exciting 2months of weight loss journey with my wellness coach! He had guided me well! I have officially lost 7.7kg within 2 months! And with it, I came in 2nd in the Weight Loss Challenge held by the WellnessXpert Studio! There were a total of 30 contestants and seriously, I wasn't at all confident! I knew i lost a fair bit of weight but at the same time, due to the Christmas and the impending Chinese New Year (which i had been baking alot of CNY cookies!) I had been feasting almost non stop! 


So when i continued to lose weight gradually, I am sure this product is really effective! Not only effective as a weight loss programme, but one that can help us to a better lifestyle and healthier life!
